Three-Phase Cleaning Process
Phase 1 — Rough Clean
Removal of heavy construction debris, dust, and materials left after framing and mechanical work. Broom sweeping, dumpster coordination, and coarse surface cleaning.
Phase 2 — Final Clean
Deep cleaning of all surfaces after trades are finished. Windows, fixtures, floors, countertops, cabinetry interiors, doors, and baseboards. Designed to pass final inspection.
Phase 3 — Touch-Up Clean
Last-pass cleaning before owner walk-through or handover. Spot cleaning, fingerprint removal, and final polish to ensure a move-in or opening-ready condition.
